In SAS® Field Quality Analytics, Event Forecasting and Emerging Issues Ad Hoc Analytic analyses might fail with any combination of the following errors:
The failures occur when you change the default name of the INSERVICE_DATE or REPAIR_OPEN_DATE fields in your SAS Field Quality Analytics data mart or staging tables. Event Forecasting analysis fails because it uses hard coded column names for INSERVICE_DATE. Emerging Issues Ad Hoc Analytic analyses fails because it uses hard coded column names for both INSERVICE_DATE and REPAIR_OPEN_DATE.
The workaround for these failures is to use the default names for the INSERVICE_DATE and REPAIR_OPEN_DATE in your SAS Field Quality Analytics data mart or staging tables.
